My email, the cop and the face transplant

I think that my email got something strange. In this condiction I can not have a serious contact outside of here. In this situation I can consider myself A PRISONER!
For example, recently I contacted by email a famous plastic surgeon in Argentina. He is the cheaper I know for the facial feminization surgery. My friends, from Argentina and not only, had a surgery with him. I asked the price for a lifting Mannequen also called Mini Lifting or Temporal lifting. The price in Argentina is around 500 or 600 Euros. Here in Italy the price is around 2000 euros but here in Italy I coudn't discover a surgeon....simply they reject my request!
I received the answer of the Argentinian surgeon and he asked to me 15.000!!! Dollars for a temporal Lifting...It is a foolish price!!!...not credible!!
My boyfriends says this is the price for a face transplant!!!LOL...
The day after I received this email I meet in the street I walk a man I already talked about on this forum. Now he talk about to me about the facial feminization surgeries and this is a strange coincidence....He say there is a surgeon in Brasil that can me offer surgeries for free...he want I go with him in Brasil but I don't trust this man....For me it is too strange all this coincidence...He say that the surgeon did surgery on a famous italian actress but I say him that she looks really bad! He say to me seriously..."so we can go in Brasil togeter and you can have your FACE TRANSPLANT"....but this is also a coincidence because he used the same funny expression of my boyfriends...
Now I don't know who can I trust, I can not trust my email, I am spyed, in a world I am a prisoner here in Italy. ...but WHY? and how can I go out of there?...and there are a lots of things less funny but I can not abuse of your patience....

Thank you Christian and sorry for the english but I am still very slow in german language. Anyway I can not control the account of email I am receiving and probably the bug can be there, on the doctor's email.
Another thing I can not understand is why the man was calling a lot of time during the day but the memory of my cellphone was recording just the first calling.
