Die erste Anti-Baby-Pille für den Mann wird 2016 in Indonesien auf den Markt kommen

Wissenschaftler in Indonesien haben nun die erste Pille für den Mann entwickelt, die zu 99 Prozent sicher ist und keine großen Nebenwirkungen zeigt. "Im Gegensatz zu weiblichen Antibabypillen sind keine Hormone im Spiel, die so viele unerfreuliche Nebenwirkungen haben", so der leitende Wissenschaftler Bambang Prajogo.

Ein Mann würde höchstens etwas zunehmen oder es würde sich seine Lust für Sex erhöhen. Blutungen oder Übelkeit, unter denen Frauen oft leiden, gäbe es nicht. Die neue Pille basiert auf einer seltenen Pflanze, die in der Region gefunden wurde.

Die Wissenschaftler planen, die Pille 2016 in Indonesien auf den Markt zu bringen. In anderen Ländern könnte es etwas länger dauern, da in manchen Staaten mehr Tests verlangt werden, bevor ein Präparat freigegeben wird.

The Male Birth Control Pill Is Coming

Researchers in Indonesia say they've created the first male contraceptive pill.

If you've tossed your contraceptive pills in the bin after years of news stories about their side effects, rest assured that the male pill is reportedly well on its way.

According to the Global Post, researchers in Indonesia have come up with a new alternative for men that involves a rare type of plant found in the region.

"It's 99 percent effective," Bambang Prajogo, the lead scientist on the study, told the Global Post. "The pill weakens enzymes in sperm that allow them to squirm into a woman's ovum." He and his team said that men would need to take the pill once daily, much like the female version, but that "unlike female birth control pills, it doesn't tinker with hormones, which causes so many unpleasant side effects."

"Overall, researchers haven't seen anything that remotely rivals the zits, nausea, sporadic bleeding and other effects many women endure on hormone-based birth control pills," the Global Post reported, though it's thought the contraceptive may result in weight gain and increased libido.

Researchers plan to have the pill for sale in Indonesia by 2016, but countries such as Australia will require more testing before its allowed on counters here.

Der schon jetzt mögliche Weg ist, wenn er entsprechend dem Fruchtbarkeitszeitraum der Frau, sich die Samenleiter abklemmen lässt. Dies alles ohne Chemie. Ich bin mir bewußt, dass dies wohl mit dem in den Köpfen herrschenden patriachalischen Macho-Gedanken nicht vereinbar ist.

Solche Ankündigungen lese ich regelmäßig seit mindestens 20 Jahren, und bisher ist nie etwas brauchbares daraus geworden. Schaun mer mal.
