since your system of sex working is into legality I have a GREAT idea...(lol)
the ID Card for sex-worker...in which there is a pic and the nick name of the worker and his/her autorization to work into prostitution...this card can be released by the national healt system to people requesting it....kinda a second id card...so the personal data are saved....bye

Very bad joke - it‘s reality by German law.

You cannot imaging the discrimination and existencial danger of outing we are treated by, can you?

mine is not a joke...I can immagine but I hope you can understand what I say...
the brotel ask for your real ID with age, address and all your data info... to work and with my idea you just have to give them the sexworker ID with just a nickname...and nothing else...and to keep your real ID secure into your pocket...immagine..

That‘s reality in Germany since July!

You have to be registered and within a realy discriminating procedere you get your Limited licence as a prostitute.
This whore passport you may get also with your showbiz name, you have to carry it alway while at work.

thank you for taking your time in answering to mine...and really it was not expected there is the sw-card now...the problem is that the language is difficult for the translator too!!...
About the discriminating procedure I think it is a mask to the hypocrisy of someone thinking to stay over the Self-determinated SW but the reality is that the "power" hate our Self-determination because they would like to eat all the pie...so don't take so much of your care of loosers...it think so. bye.

It‘s a law with around 40 §§ of prohibition. We lost our normal civil rights, we are not longer free citizens with the complete citizen rights of the German Constitution.

ok...I'm reading and I'm totally missing your point...I think it is a good law...and I hope it can be effective against human trafficking and to give a better life to your local SWorkers...often oppressed by a jiant illegal sex industry mooving a lot of money because secure of fake human right organizations and of your legal bugs...bye for now

You will call deprivation of Civil Rights a good law?
