August der Starke und die Mätressenwirtschaft


Er hieß nicht der Starke weil er siegreich war als Feldherr. Nein, die Schweden waren siegreicher und sind gegen ihn über Finnland, Estland ... Polen bis Sachsen einmarschiert (großer nordischer Krieg 1700).

Er, der Kurfürst von Sachsen, hieß August der Starke, weil er so groß oder bullig war (120kg) evt. wie ein Hells Angel Rocker und weil er auch 'stark gebaut' d.h. stark im Bett war...

Und schwach war er wohl was die monogame Kontrolle seines Sexualtriebes betraf, ein Lebemann und Frauenheld eben. 120 Affären und 300 uneheliche Kinder. Nur 9 davon anerkannt, deren Namen überliefert sind...


In Dresden trifft er Anna Constanzia von Holm als ihr brennendes Haus gelöscht wird. Sie hatte sich gerade fein gemacht, als wie im Aschenputtelmärchen das Feuer ihr Haus entzündet hatte. Sein Liebesfeuer war auch gleich entfacht und er machte sie zur gutbesoldeten Mätresse und Gräfin Cosel.

Da erfindet die Mätresse für ihn die Umsatzsteuer und erklärt ihm das Prinzip der Netto-Allphasen-Wertschöpfungsbesteuerung mit Vorsteuerabzug indem sie ein Eiswürfel wie im Spiel 'Stille Post' herumreichen läßt. August der Starke wird Erfinder der Generalkonsumtionsakzise und führt als erster diese neue Steuerart ein, die heute auch alle Frauen entrichten müssen, sofern sie Sexworker sind und nicht Mätresse oder Ehefrau.

Ferner hat er den aus Preussen entführten Apothekersohn und Alchemisten Böttger im Kerker sitzen (Menschenhandel), weil der behauptet Gold machen zu können (Alchemie). Später wird sich dieser freikaufen können mit seiner Erfindung vom weißen Gold. Das wird für Sachsen zum Geschäftserfolg und das chinesische Monopol auf dem Weltmarkt brechen (Weltmarke Meissner Porzellan). Handel erweist sich erstmals profitabler als Kriegsführung.

Der König will mehr Luxus und Macht und ist Deutschlands barockester Fürst, der es Ludwig in Versailles gleich machen will. Da aber im HRR (heiligen römischen Reich was 1.000 Jahre in Deutschland andauert) schon Leopold I. von Habsburg im preussischen Berlin ein König ist, kauft August sich in Polen auf dem Königstron ein mit Schmiergeldern in Höhe von 2 Mio Gulden (26x das Jahresgehalt seiner Mätresse). Und weil Polen nur einen katholischen Führer akzeptiert, konvertiert er mal eben zum römisch-katholischen Glauben inkl. Krönung in Krakau 1697. Dann verläßt ihn auch noch seine katholische Gattin und Königin Eberhardine. So wird er frei für weitere Mätressen-Abenteuer.


In Warschau wird ihm von einer verarmten-adeligen Mutter ihre 19jährige schon verheiratete Tochter Gräfin Dönhoff in die Hände gespielt (Kuppelei/Zuhälterei). Neue Liebe entflammt, es kommt zum Sex, kurzerhand wird entheiratet und die junge Dame zu seiner neuen Mätresse gemacht.


Doch die Cosel kämpft um ihn und ihren Status, wird jedoch abgesetzt und wegen Hochverrat auf Schloß Pilnitz an der Elbe bei Dresden verbannt. Sie kann nach Preussen fliehen, wird aber ausgeliefert gegen den Preis und Austausch preussischer Deserteure. Es zeigt sich, das Heiratsversprechen war das Papier nicht wert auf dem es geschrieben stand. In der Festung Stolpe blieb sie 49 Jahre gefangen, wurde 85 Jahre alt und überlebte ihn um 30 Jahre.

Bei so einem hohen Lebens- oder Berufsrisko rechtfertigt sich auch das exorbitante Liebeshonorar oder was meint Ihr?

Prostitutes peddled like fish to rich convicts, informant says

MANILA, Philippines - Privileges enjoyed by moneyed prisoners of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) extend beyond living in special quarters. They can also enjoy the pleasures of the flesh right inside maximum security.

A source said prostitution is so “rampant” in the state penitentiary that sex workers, whom they call tilapia [Buntbarsch/Viktoriabarsch], are “peddled like fish to moneyed prisoners.”

“Only the rich can afford them because their price starts at P3,500 and could go even higher than P10,000, depending on the woman’s physical attributes,” said the source who once brought a prostitute in.

The money would allegedly be divided among the woman, the pimp that brought her there, the prisoner who will peddle her inside the compound, and the jail guard.

The same source said there are several ways a tilapia can enter the heavily guarded compound. One was to acquire a fake identification card, which will bear the name of anyone recorded in the prisoner’s “karpeta” or record of legitimate visitors, or through connivance with the empleyado (jail guard).

“Sometimes you give P1,500 to P2,000 [20-40%] to the empleyado for them to allow the woman to go in. But once she’s in, money is easy already because many men, mostly the Chinese, are waiting for her there,” said the source.

Door-to-door prostitution

Another informant told The STAR that tilapias, escorted by the pimp, could either go door-to-door and ask the rich prisoners if they want to avail of her services, or she could give her picture to the “hawk” prior to her visit to the penitentiary to entice prospective clients.

“She can also be a ‘stay-in’ [overnight] with one customer but that would require a higher payment. But if she chooses the door-to-door trade, the pimp would wait for her until she’s done with one customer. Sometimes the tilapia can go for five customers overnight,” the informant said.

Prostitutes would usually ply their trade on Saturdays and Sundays but it would be “slightly difficult” to detect who among the female visitors are tilapias because they would line up in “decent clothes.”

“But once they’re in, you’ll know they are tilapia because they are wearing tube (tops), boxer shorts, or a pair of shorts that almost looks like a panty,” the first source said.

“They are really beautiful,” said the second informant. “They look like those women working in high class bars — tall, fair, slender, and with long hair.”

Investigation

Superintendent Ramon Reyes II of NBP confirmed the existence of prostitution inside the prison facility, but said he had ordered an investigation into it when he assumed office two months ago.

“The tilapias are the prostitutes who pretend to be relatives of the legitimate visitors so they can enter the compound. Once they are in they will ply their trade to different inmates there,” Reyes said in an interview last Tuesday.

“We have already launched a probe into that and ordered surveillance (of the visitors). Once we catch them, they will be banned from ever visiting the prison, and their clients will be placed in a bartolina (dark cell),” he added.

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said she has received information regarding prostitution inside the maximum compound but has yet to hear the term tilapia.

She nonetheless gave assurance that it will be part of the ongoing investigation into the anomalies inside NBP.

“That can only be done through connivance with the jail guards… because first, they are not allowed inside. On particular days, only conjugal visits are allowed for those who are married. Women for hire are not supposed to be allowed, definitely prohibited,” De Lima said in a separate interview.

‘Powerless guards’

Marikina Rep. Miro Quimbo, who was among the lawmakers who inspected the prison facility the other day, decried the “absolute abdication” by NBP officials of their control over the jails to drug convicts and other prisoners.

“It’s the inmates themselves who guard the doors and decide as to who may enter or exit the ‘brigadas’ or jail cells. The key is literally in their hands. It’s deplorable,” he said, adding that prison officials and guards “are practically powerless to enter many of these cells.”

During their ocular inspection, the lawmakers found many of the rooms inside the prison locked and they had to wait for the prisoner-occupants to open them.

Muntinlupa Rep. Rodolfo Biazon, a former chief of staff of the military, was exasperated over the apparent helplessness of prison officials and guards that he berated them for surrendering their authority to the prisoners who are supposed to be under their custody.

In one room that was opened by its occupant, lawmakers found a television set, a DVD player and pornographic CDs.

De Lima, who was stunned by what she saw inside the penitentiary, ordered the dismantling of the rooms of privileged prisoners and the scrapping of their special privileges.

NBP officials have torn down at least two kubols owned by two Chinese drug lords last Tuesday.

Quimbo said Chinese drug convicts occupy many of the locked cells and lord it over most parts of the NBP.

“These drug convicts enjoy privileges that ordinary poor Filipino inmates do not. They are entitled to their own small rooms or kubols, while the Filipino detainees sleep on the floor,” he said. “Even inside our national penitentiary, foreigners are given preferential treatment over Filipinos. It’s appalling and utterly disgusting to witness how Chinese drug convicts seem to have taken control of Bilibid.”

He revealed that he also received information that one or two suppliers monopolize the supply of food and other requirements of the more than 19,000 Bilibid inmates.

He urged the justice committee to investigate alleged corruption inside the prison.

One colleague of Quimbo, who did not want to be identified, said De Lima, who has been justice secretary for almost a year, should have earlier discovered what’s wrong with the Bilibid prison.

“She should have fewer daily press conferences and conduct more prison visits. She should be embarrassed by what is going on in her turf,” he said.

Iloilo Rep. Niel Tupas Jr., who chairs the House justice committee, said the Bilibid prison “is overcrowded with inmates, the condition is not humane, the facilities are obsolete and the morale of Bureau of Corrections personnel is low.”

1813 wurde Mary Anne Clarke zu einer Gefängnisstrafe verurteilt, während York nur sein Kommando über die britische Armee aufgeben mußte, jedoch später freigesprochen und in sein Amt wieder eingesetzt wurde.

Nachdem sie das Vereinigte Königreich verlassen musste, führte sie in Paris einen literarischen Salon.

Sie starb in Paris.

Ihre Urenkelin und Schriftstellerin Daphne du Maurier (1907-1989) schrieb über ihre Urgroßmutter 1954 das Buch Mary Anne.

Das System von staatlicher Kontrolle und Repression wie in manchen Entwicklungsländern kommt in Zeiten von Globalisierung und Krise langsam in die reichen Länder zurück von denen es letztlich ausgegangen ist.
